The program: 4–6 Week Foundation Block

Includes:

  • 5 structured training sessions per week

  • Dressage-based flatwork for balance and straightness

  • Pole and gymnastic exercises for power development

  • Progressive conditioning

  • Individualised programming

  • Twice daily care

  • Weekly updates

  • End-of-block performance summary
